Booking and Payments

Reservation Policy: Advance booking is required for all courses, events, sessions, programs, and retreats offered by Satori Meditations.
Payment Terms: Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking. Please verify all information carefully before making payments. Satori Meditations will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the start of a session will be acknowledged and accepted by the center.
Refund Policy: If a cancellation is approved, the user may opt for an exchange of service or a refund. To initiate this process, users must contact Satori Meditations via email, Facebook, Instagram, or the phone number provided on the website’s footer or contact page.

Users must provide all necessary details as requested by the Satori team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Code of Conduct

Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain respect and decency toward others during all sessions and retreats.
Prohibited Activities: Engaging in disruptive behavior, harassment, racism, discrimination, sexual misconduct, use of intoxicants, or any activity against the ethos of Satori Meditations is strictly prohibited.

Health Disclaimer

Health Responsibility: Participants must notify the center of any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions before joining any session, especially if under medical treatment.
Non-Medical Advice: Services provided by Satori Meditations are for personal development and well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
