Individual Sessions

Reiki Healing works with life force energy that can heal and re-energise our physical, mental and energetic systems. In a healing session, the facilitator simply identifies the various energy channels in the participant’s body and with gentle hand movements directs the life energy to flow that promotes ones self-healing abilities.
