Vipassana is one of the most ancient techniques of meditation. This particular meditation is powerful to know the nature of our mind, to experience the impermanence of time and circumstances and to learn to live in the present moment.
You are most welcome to book your time within 10am to 4pm, to meditate in a peaceful atmosphere and to travel deep within.
Anyone who have and have not done the course may join this meditation.
