Sleep is one of the most important aspects of our lives, as the quality of sleep affects our physical functions, memory, productivity, energy levels and internal restorative processes to name a few. Surprisingly, a lot of our physiological and psychological disorders are rooted in lack of sound sleep.

This program offers to share about how we can master the skill of sound sleep through various scientific methods of relaxation, meditation and breath work.

It is for anyone who has difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep at night, has anxiety or stressful work environment that impacts their sleep, individuals who have shallow sleep or wake up with tiredness and lethargy.

The session includes:

*7 nights of group meditation sessions
*Resources to the techniques shared in the session
*Consultation for chosing one technique to follow
*Follow up session after one week of practice
